Spooky Social: Halloween Pop-Up!
Join Wonder Stream for a fun, supportive Halloween social skills class designed to help kids feel more confident and prepared for Halloween!
Together, we’ll explore trick-or-treating, taking turns, social interactions, and Halloween vocabulary through fun, hands-on activities. Participants will have opportunities to practice important skills with peers in a supportive environment, receiving individualized support for communication, sensory needs, and different learning styles.
Each child will leave with a Halloween craft and trick-or-treating visual supports to help make Halloween night—and the Park District’s Trunk or Treat on October 30th—a little more predictable and comfortable.
The class will be led by a certified LBS1 & early childhood teacher, SLP, and OT, who will provide support throughout the class while helping each child participate at their own pace.
Come learn, practice, create, and get ready for a spooktacular Halloween!
