Build the Brain
Build the Brain is a movement-based class designed to support how the neurodivergent brain grows, organizes, and communicates. Using intentional strength, balance, and coordination exercises, this class helps the brain build new neural connections that support language, body awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence. Classes are led by trained fitness instructors in collaboration with pediatric therapists (SLP, OT, PT), ensuring every activity is both developmentally informed and engaging for kids.

Program Structure
Each class is highly structured and follows a predictable routine, while also leaving room for flexibility depending on the needs of each child. There will be visual schedules, social stories, and sensory supports embedded in each class so that every child can be achieve a regulated, happy state and get the most out of every class.
What’s Included
The course fee covers everything the child needs for each class, and there will be no additional cost once the class begins. All class materials provided are included in the cost, including anything the child creates or brings home.
Session Lengths
This class is offered in 4 week sessions, divided by age and session date. All classes will have a “meet and greet” so that kids and parents can see the space and receive a social story and other important information before the first class.
Class Size & Age Groups
Programs are designed for kids between ages 3-6 and 7-12 to ensure that instruction and activities are tailored to each developmental stage. Classes will have anywhere from 4-8 kids total, with at least 3 adults per class.
